Ren : Yep, once I get my cosplay site done, at least.
M : O_o I didn't know you cosplayed.
Ren : What do you mean, you didn't know? I'm cosplaying now, aren't I?
Jun + M : ...
Jun : ...And what are you cosplaying?



Ren : Y!JA Auction - see?
Jun + M : ...
Ren : What?! Is it my fault you're too cheap to sew me an outfit? How was I supposed to
know that an event would come so soon?
Jun + M : -_-;;

*Note : In case you're not in the know - for an extended period of time last time, there
was a long-running series of auctions involving a blurry photo of an MSD brandishing a
panda handpuppet on Yahoo!Japan Auctions. Regretfully, we failed to save said photo,
but here recreate the experience. XD;;

Cosfest 2005
...as according to Si Ye and Ren...

Ren : That was fun! Can we do it again?
Si Ye : GOD FORBID.

...Con? What con?

Alright. I've never been very impressed with the mid-year fare known as Cosfest, both
previous experiences proving it to be loud. Loud. Very loud. Also, dark. [Its one saving
grace, I've always suspected, is that admission is free.] A little less than a week before
the date, I'd warned M that if she didn't start on the costume soon, she'd never get it
done in time. We all know how incredible M is with starting early. But because of my
aversion towards the event, I can't say I was very upset that we missed all but the last
hour of it due to inability-to-finish-costume-in-time.

How was it? It was very loud. Also, dark.

BJD-wise...I don't think Si Ye looks like Seimei at all. XD;; But neither does anyone else,
so, too bad. ^^;; Also, I hated how he looked in the fur wig all the way till we got to the
con. Then, miraculously, he suddenly looked very cool in it. The end.

...as according to M...

I think about a week before the con, I finally found and decided on the Ritsuka costume
I wanted to do. Si Ye was stuck with the usual Seimei garb instead of his Wisdom
Resurrection RPG version, because I was busy doing my own Wisdom Resurrection
costume. XD; I think his ears and his wired tail turned out really nicely, and I heard from
Jun that when he was put at Tashigi's booth many passer-bys took pictures of him - this
is taking into account the fact that we were only there about half to one hour before the
end of the event! I can't say much about the event, because I technically did a 'cameo'
with Si Ye. XDD But I'm glad that I had him there as my Seimei and I think the cosplay
turned out pretty well.
